I am running a one-day deep dive into AI Agents. I will demonstrate primarily in Copilot Studio, but will touch on using other generative AI software (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini).
AI agents are rapidly becoming one of the most powerful ways to automate work, streamline processes, and increase productivity. In this hands-on seminar, participants will learn how to design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, while also briefly exploring how platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude fit into the broader AI agent ecosystem. Through practical demonstrations and real-world business scenarios, attendees will discover how AI agents can handle routine tasks, answer questions, automate workflows, retrieve information, and support decision-making. Whether you're new to AI agents or looking to move beyond basic prompting, this session will provide a practical roadmap for building useful agents that deliver real business value.
